For 50 years, Médecins Sans Frontières and Magnum Photos cover the same areas of intervention: war zones, humanitarian crises, natural disasters, emergencies. They share the same ethics and the same principles, in particular independence.
MSF’s fiftieth anniversary is an opportunity to retrace decades of fortuitous or voluntary collaborations, which gave birth to a project that is both narrative and visual. The exhibition entitled “Testimonies – Glances” presents a selection of 19 photographic themes from Magnum archives, testifying to the main humanitarian crises, from 1971 to the present day. It is supplemented by a series of short stories productions that highlight four current crises in which MSF is committed to.

Photometria Festival’s photo library will now be available to the public through PPC. Dozens of publications that the participating photographers have donated to the festival from time to time, will be available, after an appointment, for everyone! We hope that this library will grow and be enriched with even more books and albums, and the festival will gladly accept publications from anyone who is interested in enriching this social photo library. There will also be a reading area.
