To mark World Environment Day (June 5th), Photometria  Photography Center invites you to a powerful journey to the frontlines of climate crisis. Join us for a special screening of The Forgotten Pacific.

This screening is organized with the collaboration of the Australian Embassy in Greece in the context of the COP31 initiative, highlighting Australia’s partnership with Pacific Island nations for global climate action.

Far from being passive victims, the people of the Pacific are fighting back. This striking feature-length documentary follows five island nations, Fiji, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, the Marshall Islands, and Samoa, as they weave ancestral, indigenous knowledge with modern science to protect their lands and oceans.

Presented by climate activist Suluafi Brianna Fruean, the film is an urgent, and visually stunning reminder: “We are not drowning, we are fighting.”
